Mia H. Lahti is an Estate Planning Attorney. Her practice areas include elder law, estate planning, and trust and estate administration. Before joining the firm, Ms. Lahti worked as a Legal Aid Attorney, representing indigent and low-income clients in family law and public benefits matters. She also previously represented families with disabled dependents in the areas of special education, guardianships, and estate planning.
Ms. Lahti received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Italian from Vassar College. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Ms. Lahti is fluent in both English and Italian.
Ms. Lahti is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Elder Counsel. In 2017 she was a Pro Bono Publico Award recipient from the Bristol County Bar Association and South Coastal Counties Legal Services, Inc.
