Nisha Koshy is an Officer at Fletcher Tilton, where she practices in the Real Estate and Corporate departments. She first joined the firm’s Litigation Department as an associate in 2002, spending over a decade representing clients in complex contract and commercial disputes. After a five-year hiatus to raise her children, Attorney Koshy returned to Fletcher Tilton in 2017, focusing her practice on commercial property acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, and business transactions. Her litigation background enables her to help her clients proactively avoid potential disputes through careful analysis of transaction structures.
Attorney Koshy earned her bachelor’s degree from Bates College and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Active in professional and community organizations, Attorney Koshy is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and American Bar Association. Her achievements include being named a Rising Star three times by both Law & Politics Magazine and Boston Magazine. She received the Woman of Distinction Award from the Girl Scouts of Montachusett Council and serves on the board of the Holliston Music & Arts Parents Association.
