Rachael M. Poirier earned her bachelor’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where she graduated with high distinction, and went on to graduate from Suffolk University Law School in their accelerated J.D. program.
Before attending law school, Ms. Poirier worked as a Trust Officer in Fletcher Tilton’s Trust Administration group, where she helped administer revocable living trusts, supplemental needs trusts, and life insurance trusts. Returning to Fletcher Tilton as an Attorney, Ms. Poirier focuses her practice on a wide range of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Estate Administration matters. Ms. Poirier also represents clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings in the Probate and Family Courts of Massachusetts.
