Anthony J. Salvidio, II is Chairman of the firm’s Commercial Finance group, a former member of the Management Committee, and past president of the firm. He has significant experience representing national, regional, and local commercial lending institutions in secured, unsecured, and other debt financing transactions. Mr. Salvidio advises borrowers on all aspects of financing, including acquisition financing; capital and recapitalization financing; bond financing (public and private placement); mezzanine and bridge financing; and restructuring debt.
Mr. Salvidio’s practice areas include banking and finance, business and corporate law, and estate succession planning. He received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
In his public service roles, Mr. Salvidio served as Commissioner of the Massachusetts State Lottery and Chairman of the Worcester License Commission. Currently, he serves as a commissioner of the Town of Dartmouth’s Waterways Commission. He is a former member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. He is also a former trustee of Mechanics Hall and member of the Finance Committee.
