Maura serves as Director of Operations for Fletcher Tilton PC, overseeing daily operations across all firm locations. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, employee relations, staffing, office infrastructure, and human resources administration.
She joined the firm in 2019 as HR and Executive Assistant and has since advanced to manage all day-to-day firm operations. Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Maura worked in financial institutions’ administrative departments, where she developed a strong interest in human resources management.
Maura holds a bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has earned her Human Resource Management Certification.
