WORCESTER, MA – March 13, 2025 – Fletcher Tilton PC, one of Central Massachusetts’ oldest and most respected law firms, is pleased to announce that Attorney Todd E. Brodeur has begun his term as President of the firm.

Brodeur, a veteran transactional attorney with more than 20 years of experience, has been serving as a member of the Management Committee and now steps into the leadership role to guide the firm’s strategic direction.

“I am honored to take on this responsibility and look forward to working with our exceptional team to continue Fletcher Tilton’s long tradition of legal excellence and client service,” said Brodeur. “As we move forward, we will remain focused on strengthening our core practice areas while adapting to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Brodeur’s practice focuses on the disposition, acquisition, leasing, development, and financing of commercial real estate and corporate assets. Throughout his career, he has represented institutions, developers, retailers, individual investors, and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate transactions.

Known for his expertise in navigating regulatory hurdles, Brodeur routinely guides clients through local zoning approvals processes and regularly appears before Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeals. His project experience ranges from new bank developments with drive-throughs to 118-unit residential housing projects to battery energy storage system projects and 600,000-square-foot warehouse facilities.

In recent years, Brodeur received multiple accolades, including being named a “Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and a New England Legal Award for “Best Mentor” from ALM.com and Law.com for his dedication to preparing the next generation of leaders.

Brodeur is a graduate of Trinity College and Suffolk University Law School. His previous honors include being named a three-time Rising Star among Top Massachusetts Lawyers by Boston Magazine, a three-time Real Estate Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine, and one of Worcester Business Journal’s Top 40 Under Forty in 2013.

Active in his community, Brodeur dedicated 15 years to the EcoTarium’s Board of Trustees, including serving as Board Chair. He currently serves as a Director of the Major David Brodeur Memorial Foundation and has been a member of the Shrewsbury, MA, Board of Assessors since 2012.
