Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has selected Michael E. Brangwynne of Fletcher Tilton as a Go To Business Litigation Lawyer for 2024, recognizing his leadership and track record of success in complex commercial litigation.

Brangwynne specializes in closely held business and shareholder controversies, real estate and construction litigation, and general commercial and contract disputes. Recently, he has achieved notable victories in the Suffolk County Superior Court’s Business Litigation Session, including an innovative summary judgment in a complex Section 1031 property exchange case between prominent Boston real estate investors.

At Fletcher Tilton, Brangwynne also represents clients in trust and estate disputes, zoning matters, and Massachusetts alcoholic beverage licensing. He also maintains substantial experience handling personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.

Beyond his legal practice, Brangwynne has served on the Watertown Zoning Board of Appeals and is an adjunct professor at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.
