Fletcher Tilton is pleased to announce that Attorney Adam C. Ponte, Shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, will be participating as a panelist at the upcoming “Identity & Industry: Cultivating Community” event at the College of the Holy Cross on March 22, 2025.

As a Holy Cross alums and Asian-American attorney, Ponte will bring valuable perspective to this first-of-its-kind career event that celebrates the intersection of identity and professional development. The event aims to foster meaningful conversations about how personal identity—shaped by culture, gender, race and other experiences—plays a pivotal role in shaping career paths.

A distinguished member of Fletcher Tilton’s Management Committee, Ponte manages the firm’s Boston Office and oversees the litigation department consisting of 8 litigators and their support team. His practice focuses on business litigation, construction disputes and risk management, real estate disputes, and employment litigation. He has extensive experience negotiating both commercial and residential construction agreements and litigating on behalf of developers, owners, and contractors.

Ponte has received numerous recognitions for his professional excellence, including being named a “Go To Lawyer for Construction” by Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly in 2023 and being selected for Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2024. His leadership extends beyond the firm, as he was appointed by former Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker to serve on the statewide Judicial Nomination Commission from 2018 to 2022.

The day-long event will take place at the Hogan Campus Center from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM and includes a luncheon with keynote speaker Brandon Gomez ’14 of CNBC News, followed by panel discussions featuring alumni experts like Ponte, and concluding with a networking reception.

Ponte will join other Holy Cross alumni on panel discussions exploring both identity and industry-driven topics. The event is co-hosted by the Office of Student Involvement, Division of Justice, Equity, Belonging, and Identity, Center for Career Development, and Office of Alumni Relations.

This event provides students from diverse backgrounds with an opportunity to connect with alumni who understand their unique experiences and can offer insights from their professional journeys.
