Fletcher Tilton PC, one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms headquartered in Central Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda E. Risch to Director.
Risch, who began her career at Fletcher Tilton as a Summer Associate, has steadily risen through the ranks to become a highly accomplished commercial finance and real estate attorney, and a true leader in the firm. Her promotion recognizes her exceptional contributions to both the firm and the Worcester and Boston business communities.
“Amanda exemplifies the highest standards of legal excellence and dedication to client service,” said Todd E. Brodeur, President of Fletcher Tilton. “Her expertise in complex commercial transactions has been instrumental in client successes, and we are proud to welcome her to our leadership team, now as a shareholder.”
Risch’s diverse practice concentrates on commercial real estate and finance transactions. She counsels clients in lending and financing matters and conveyancing of commercial and residential properties handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $100 million. Throughout her career at Fletcher Tilton, Risch has played a pivotal role in many major transactions that have transformed Downtown Worcester’s commercial real estate market, including the acquisition, refinancing, and recapitalization of numerous office buildings. Risch also handles leasing for some of the firm’s biggest clients. More recently, her transactional work has positively impacted commercial and residential acquisitions and developments in and around the Greater Boston region.
A graduate of Boston University for both her B.S. degree in finance and her J.D., Risch is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Beyond her legal practice, Risch recently joined the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Central Massachusetts. She is also a member of the Women’s Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.
