WORCESTER, MA – Fletcher Tilton PC, one of the largest law firms in Central Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that William R. Bloom has joined the firm. With nearly five decades of legal experience, Mr. Bloom brings to Fletcher Tilton his extensive expertise in business and corporate law, estate planning, trust administration, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Bloom joins Fletcher Tilton after successfully operating his own practice in Westborough, where he built a strong reputation serving individuals, families, and small businesses throughout Massachusetts. His comprehensive practice encompasses all aspects of business and corporate law, including contract negotiations, zoning matters, and business financing. His practice has always emphasized the area of estate planning, including minimization or elimination of the Massachusetts and Federal estate tax consequences through complex estate planning and fiduciary trust administration. This area of practice is one of Fletcher Tilton’s strongest practice areas.

A Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, Mr. Bloom’s commitment to legal excellence and community service has been a hallmark of his career. He is an active member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. His dedication to the Westborough community, where he has resided for more than 45 years, is evidenced by his service on numerous Town committees in both elected and appointed positions.
Mr. Bloom earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
