We’re delighted to welcome Kelly Akana as our newest Associate in the Trusts and Estate Department at Fletcher Tilton PC – Attorneys at Law!
Kelly brings valuable expertise in estate planning and estate administration, along with experience representing clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings in Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. A summa cum laude graduate of Le Moyne College‘s 3+3 Law Program and cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, Kelly demonstrated her commitment to public service through her work with Albany Law’s Family Violence Litigation Clinic, where she assisted survivors of domestic violence and families seeking custody and protective orders.
Kelly came to Fletcher Tilton in January of 2024 as a third-year law student from Albany Law School as part of their Semester in Practice program. Once she completed the program, she transitioned to a paralegal while she studied for and took the bar examination.
