In recognition of his accomplishments, expertise, commitment and community involvement,
Fletcher Tilton is proud to announce that Michael Brangwynne has been elected Officer of the firm. 

Mr. Brangwynne works primarily in the firm’s Boston office. His practice is focused on complex commercial and tort litigation. Mr. Brangwynne regularly represents businesses and individuals in disputes arising in the construction, real estate development, leasing and zoning contexts. Additionally, Mr. Brangwynne has extensive experience handling matters in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Brangwynne has also represented numerous clients involved in trust and estate disputes in the probate courts of Massachusetts.

Beyond litigation, Mr. Brangwynne represents clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, package stores, and alcoholic beverage manufacturers and distributors. He assists his hospitality industry clients with business formation, purchases and sales, contract negotiations, and zoning and permitting applications, as well as liquor license compliance and violation hearings. Mr. Brangwynne has appeared before local licensing authorities throughout Massachusetts and at the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.
