Amanda E. Risch is a Commercial Finance and Real Estate Attorney. She represents both individuals and commercial lenders in commercial real estate transactions and financing, having handled deals ranging from $100,000 to $100 million. Ms. Risch handles matters relating to acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. She also counsels corporate clients on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and implementation, and all transactional matters.

Ms. Risch earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University, where she studied finance and business law, and later graduated from Boston University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. During law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Wexler of the Massachusetts District Court and was a member of the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law, where she authored ‘The Financial Stability Oversight Council,’ 31 Rev. Banking & Fin. L. 521 (2012). Before joining the firm, Ms. Risch was a legal extern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where she handled bank regulatory compliance and contractual and licensing agreements.

Ms. Risch is a member of the Women’s Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, Massachusetts Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and the Boston Bar Association. In 2024, she joined the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Central MA.
