Elisabeth A. Finn is a Litigation Associate based in the firm’s Boston and Worcester offices. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, representing both businesses and individuals in a variety of legal matters including shareholder disputes, construction disputes, personal injury, premises liability, employment litigation, and general business litigation. 

Ms. Finn received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Fordham University. She obtained her J.D. from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, where she was named a Dean’s Scholar. During law school, Ms. Finn participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic, focusing on employment, housing, and family law. Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Ms. Finn served as an associate attorney for a reputable insurance defense firm in the Massachusetts area where she managed a high-volume caseload on a range of matters.

Ms. Finn has obtained successful results in multiple jury trials. She has also personally represented clients in over 20 arbitrations, and has mediated numerous cases to a favorable outcome.
