Lucille B. Brennan is of counsel with the firm. She has more than 35 years of experience focusing on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business and corporate law, civil litigation, elder law, family law, and real estate matters. Throughout her career, Ms. Brennan has worked with individuals, families, businesses, banks, and charitable and exempt organizations.
Ms. Brennan earned her bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College and a master’s degree from the University of Hawaii. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in front of both the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
A member of the Massachusetts and Worcester County Bar Associations, Ms. Brennan has served in a number of roles for several community organizations, including Seven Hills Foundation, Inc., Community Legal Aid, and in the Volunteer Lawyers program. Ms. Brennan has been a speaker for continuing legal education programs.
