Tricia L. Koss focuses her practice on transactional and general business matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financings, and commercial and residential real estate. Attorney Koss has represented buyers and sellers of businesses, as well as having represented sellers, lenders, borrowers, and purchasers in a variety of loan and real estate transactions. Attorney Koss also has experience in representing start-up and continuing business enterprises, from entity formations to continuing business advising as to ongoing operational matters.

Attorney Koss received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She graduated from Western New England University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2009. Attorney Koss was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2009 and the Connecticut State Bar in June 2010. She has also been admitted to the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the United States Tax Court in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Koss practiced in Western Massachusetts.

Attorney Koss is active in the bar, civic, and charitable activities. She is currently active as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Holyoke Medical Center and as the Chairperson of the Gandara Mental Health Center’s Human Rights Committee.

In September of 2023, Attorney Koss received a New England Legal Award for Unsung Hero, presented by ALM.com and Law.com, an award recognizing an attorney who has worked behind the scenes on important work. That same year, Attorney Koss was named a Go To Business Transactions Lawyer by MA Lawyers Weekly.

In addition to her legal achievements, Attorney Koss is an avid runner, having completed multiple marathons, and lives in Palmer, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.
