William R. Bloom is a long-time Westborough attorney, maintaining a general practice emphasizing all aspects of business and corporate law, estate planning, trust and estate administration and commercial and residential real estate transactions. With almost fifty years of legal experience, Mr. Bloom joined Fletcher Tilton in 2024 after successfully operating his own practice where he built a strong reputation serving individuals, families, and small businesses.

Mr. Bloom earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

A trusted advisor in business and corporate law, Mr. Bloom has extensive experience in contract negotiations, zoning matters, and business financing. He provides comprehensive counsel to businesses and individuals in commercial and residential transactions and has helped numerous clients navigate complex estate planning and trust administration matters.

Mr. Bloom is a Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, a distinction recognizing his commitment to legal excellence and community service. He is an active member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated dedication to serving the Westborough community, where he has resided for more than 45 years, including both elected and appointed positions in a number of Town committees.

Originally from New York, Mr. Bloom has long-standing ties to the Massachusetts community. He has been an active member of the Westborough community for over 45 years, where he has established deep professional relationships and demonstrated his ongoing commitment to serving the local area.
